Site Visits – Prior to Allocation

4.1Representatives of the IIHF and IIHF Commercial Partner, together with the IIHF, may visit the potential host sites to check the facility standards before or after the bid presentation. The applicant shall coordinate the arrangements for the site visit with the IIHF.
4.2The IIHF will pay the international travel expenses, the accommodation and the daily allowance for its representatives, while the applicants shall pay for the transportation costs between the port of arrival / departure, the venues and the hotels.
