Officiating Team Meeting Room

66.1The Host shall arrange for one (1) meeting room for the Officiating Team. The room shall be made available from two (2) days prior to the beginning of the Championship and until the day after the Championship is concluded.
66.2The Officiating Team meeting room shall be soundproof and be, at a minimum, equipped with one (1) beamer, one (1) screen, one (1) flip chart, and Wi-Fi.
66.3Water, soft drinks, fruit and snacks shall be available in the meeting room.
