Host Responsibilities

114.1The Host is responsible for scheduling prior to the beginning of a Championship the following pre-Championship meetings and inviting all relevant Participating Teams’ staff as well as members of the OC:
a.Head Coaches’ Rule Information Meeting (HCRIM);
b.Team Medical Personnel Meeting (Art. 142 of this Event Code);
c.Team Media Manager Meeting;
d.Video Coach Meeting; and
e.First Directorate Meeting.
