122.1Every examination and treatment performed by a member of the Event Medical Team shall be recorded. Detailed medical records shall be kept for examinations and treatments performed at:
a.Practice sessions;
b.Competition sites; and
c.Hotels or residences.
122.2Any conversations with either the player or a team official that relate to the player’s medical status shall be recorded.
122.3All medications issued by any member of the Event Medical Team, including the distribution details, shall be recorded.
122.4Medical records shall be processed and retained by the treating practitioner for a time period in accordance with the domestic laws of the Host country.
