150.1The Host’s right to design and use the protected IIHF Official Identification(s) (Championship logo, mascot, look and feel, colors, lettering, IIHF Official Music, etc.) of the Championship shall be limited to the promotion of the Championship and to allow the Host to meet its obligation and exploit its rights as granted to the Host in accordance with the HCC.
150.2The Host shall seek IIHF approval for the design of such material before any production.
150.3The IIHF Official Identifications shall remain at all times property of the IIHF.
