17.1All rooms, floor spaces and facilities shall be clearly signposted.
17.2The Host is responsible for ensuring that all rooms are provided with proper lighting, air conditioning and heating.
17.3The Host is responsible for providing the requested number of access keys to the requesting stakeholder(s).
17.4The allocation of rooms shall be laid down together with the IIHF on the occasion of a site visit. The minutes of the site visit, together with an attached floor plan, shall be approved by the IIHF and the Host.
17.5The IIHF reserves its right to request changes to the allocation of rooms after the beginning of the Championship.
17.6At a minimum, the Arena(s) shall have sufficient space for the rooms specified under Articles 18 - 52 of this Event Code.
