Insurance - General Conditions

58.1All insurance policies executed by the Host (and, if applicable, third parties such as the arena owner/operator) shall be non-cancellable.
58.2Prior written approval
58.2.1The proposed insurance policies shall be presented to the IIHF for prior written approval. The IIHF, acting reasonably, may request modifications of or amendments to the proposed policies and the Host shall be obliged to comply with such requests.
58.3All insurance policies shall be presented to IIHF in English language as soon as possible but not later than six (6) months prior to the opening game of the IIHF World Championship.
