60.1Host third-party liability insurance
60.2The Host shall, at its own expense, secure and maintain comprehensive general third- party liability insurance with an insurer of recognized international standard with a minimum sum insured of CHF 12 million (unless otherwise specified in the respective HCC) for each occurrence of bodily injury, property damage and/or financial losses arising during organization, staging dismantling of the Championship. Such general third-party liability insurance shall be in broad form.
60.3The Host shall ensure that the IIHF is named as an additional insured party in the general third-party liability insurance policy.
60.4The Host shall perform an insurance assessment with the assistance of a qualified insurance broker.
