195.1Any alleged non-compliance with this Event Code and/or related IIHF Governing Documents provisions shall be immediately reported to the IIHF Directorate Chairperson if such occurs during the Championship or to the IIHF (compliance@iihfoffice.com) if the alleged non-compliance takes place prior to the beginning or after the conclusion of the Championship. Non-compliance during the Championship shall be managed by the Directorate Chairperson in accordance with Statute 16.6 and Statute 20.3.1. Non- compliance before or after the Championship shall be managed by the IIHF Office.
195.2The IIHF reserves its right to request any information in case of suspicion of non- compliance and impose a deadline for the Host to comply.
195.3If the IIHF determines that the Host is in fact non-compliant, it may sanction the Host in accordance with the procedure set out in Art. 196 of this Event Code and immediately ask the Host to rectify their actions, if the situation so allows.
