Entry Visas

198.1Participating Teams are responsible for obtaining their entry visas to the Host country.
198.2If a Participating Team needs assistance from the Host with regard to entry visas or for all other necessary approvals for their entry into the Host country, including importing and exporting material and equipment, they shall seek the Host’s assistance in a timely manner.
198.3The Team Manager or any other Team responsible person shall seek support from the Host with regard to entry visas at the earliest opportunity.
