IIHF Staff Office

37.1The Host shall provide in the arena or, if impossible, immediately adjacent, with IIHF approval, one (1) office area with at least fifteen (15) working spaces, provided with the necessary equipment installed and ready to be used five (5) days prior to the Championship (the “IIHF Staff Office”). Depending on the office layout, additional storage rooms might be required.
37.2The IIHF Staff Office shall be equipped as follows:
a.Wi-Fi;
b.Two (2) Big TVs, with live signal of all games in both venues;
c.Power outlets; and
d.Two (2) multifunction printers.
