General Third-Party Liability Insurance

71.1The Host shall, at its own expense, secure and maintain comprehensive general third- party liability insurance with an insurer of recognized international standard with a minimum sum insured of CHF 60 million for each occurrence of bodily injury, property damage, and/or financial losses arising during organization, staging, and dismantling of the Championship. Such general third-party liability insurance shall be in broad form.
71.2The Host shall ensure that the IIHF is named as an additional insured party in the general third-party liability insurance policy.
71.3The Host shall perform an insurance assessment with the assistance of a qualified insurance broker.
