99.1The Host shall arrange for one (1) meeting room for each of the Participating Teams (minimum 80 m²), which shall be made exclusively available for meetings and meals in the hotel where the teams are staying. The rooms shall be made available from one (1) day prior to the beginning of the Championship and until the day after the Championship for the concerned Participating Team is concluded.
99.2Teams meeting rooms shall be soundproof and be, at a minimum, equipped with one (1) beamer, one (1) screen, one (1) flip chart and Wi-Fi.
99.3Water and soft drinks shall be available in the meeting room.
99.4The Host shall ensure that meeting rooms stay the same throughout the whole duration of the Championship.
